Yoga is the doorway

Presence is the practice

The yogic path is one of cultivating inner peace and learning how to return when it slips away.

As you walk it, you’ll come to see presence not as something to master, but as a human practice imperfect, ongoing, and rooted in compassion.

What I offer is an invitation to come back to yourself, again and again. To notice when you’ve drifted, and to remember that returning is always possible.

You’re here to practice.

Not to perform, not to get it right,

but to arrive as you are.

When you arrive here, you’re invited into a lived, ongoing practice of presence. This work is rooted not in theory, but in listening inward staying with the body, with sensation, with what is real, even when it’s uncomfortable. You will feel what it’s like to slow down and notice. To remain instead of rushing past yourself.

What I offer comes not from certainty, but from practice. From returning again and again to awareness, to breath, to the quiet intelligence beneath habit and distraction. You’ll experience inner peace not as a destination to reach, but as something you cultivate moment by moment through attention, honesty, and care.

The intention is simple. To support you in finding your own sense of presence and inner steadiness. Not by fixing or forcing anything, but by creating space. Space to feel. To pause. To remember what it’s like to be fully here in your own life.

“ It's always a treat to attend Bonnies yoga class and so easy to motivate myself to carve out the time for it. Bonnie leads us through beautiful flows, allowing us to explore our flexibility in a safe and supported way. We enjoy her meaningful themes, helping us to focus on mindfulness, and learning how to carry our 'zen' through the rest of the day. Each yoga class is different, and yet still good, but Bonnies smile and her sense of fun is always the same."
